UK Dispatch

Orders placed before Midday, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Therefore, all orders received after Midday on Friday until midnight on Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday or the next available working day during bank holiday weekends.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of From the Heart and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

When ordering goods from fromtheheartofmaryport@hotmail.co.uk for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from fromtheheartofmaryport@hotmail.co.uk you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. All product prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). VAT on non EU deliveries cannot be reclaimed.

RETURNS

For any UK Mainland customers who are not completely happy with their purchases for any reason may return their products within 28 days and request a full refund.

Upon receipt of the returned purchase(s), we will give you either a full refund of the amount paid for the product, or an exchange credit should that be required.

Any purchases that have been used, are not returned in their original packaging or cannot be re-sold will not be refunded.

The cost for returning unwanted purchases shall be at the customer’s expense.  We do recommend you use a recorded service so your parcel can easily be tracked back to us and that you obtain a proof of postage receipt.  We cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.  Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your return and refund.
